Jason Herbert is a Partner and Executive Search Practice Leader for DRI’s Processing, Packaging, and Material Handling practice areas. His practice area places special emphasis on Meat & Poultry, Fruit & Vegetable, Bakery, Cheese, Snack Food, Beverage, Warehouse and Distribution and Pharmaceutical Processing. Jason Herbert is one of the most resourceful packaging recruiters, material handling recruiters and processing recruiters in the United States.

Jason is committed to quality and results and has a strong desire to develop and maintain long-term relationships with client companies. His goal is to help clients not only build the right teams but partner to fill executive level positions including sales, marketing, and engineering.  Jason was named DRI’s Recruiter of the Year in 2016, which is an award for a top producer who displays leadership, hard work and dedication to DRI’s process and values.

Jason's assessment abilities and broad business understanding make him a valuable resource to clients and candidates alike. As Partner and Practice Leader, Jason makes it a priority to provide a needs analysis to collect information about client’s staffing needs, expectations and requirements. He has over 10 years of experience in industrial sales and new business development and is a 1999 graduate of Miami University, Oxford, Ohio where he earned his B.S. in Health and Sports Studies.

Jason is married with 3 children and is an active foster parent.  He is an avid fan of Ohio sports teams; the Cavs, Indians, Browns, and Ohio State Buckeyes.
