I have worked with so many executive search firms over my 30+ years in the industrial automation industry, however, I have never worked with one as talented and professional as Josh Olgin. He has a high level attention – to – detail and was extremely proactive throughout the entire time that I interfaced with him. Even after he had placed me he continued to call to check on me to see if there was anything he could do to help with the transition. This is a level of customer service that I have never seen from an Executive Recruiter. I would highly recommend Josh Olgin to anyone seeking a position in the Industrial Automation marketplace. The only negative I can possibly think of is he is a Ohio State Buckeye…so with me being a Michigan grad I found it difficult to interface with him on some days! 🙂
