Stephen Benson has joined Direct Recruiters, Inc. as Healthcare IT Recruiter and Project Manager. He works alongside Managing Partner and HIT Leader, Mike Silverstein, and a team of eight HIT Recruiters and Researchers. As a Healthcare IT Recruiter, Stephen Benson's focus is on Sales, Sales Leadership, Product Management, Marketing, and Operations.

Prior to working at Direct Recruiters, Stephen was a Professional Recruiter at two local Cleveland, Ohio recruiting firms. He has a proven track record of identifying the most highly qualified candidates and placing them in the Healthcare IT and General IT markets in Cleveland and nationwide.

Stephen earned his Bachelor’s degree in Education, with minors in History and Political Science from Bowling Green State University and considers himself a lifelong learner.

Stephen is an avid Cleveland sports fan, enjoys reading, playing Lacrosse and golf, and spending time with his wife and German Shepard, Obi.
