John has over 27 years of experience recruiting in the industrial manufacturing space with a proven track record of direct recruiting, sourcing passive candidates, and building client relationships. He is a certified Moore Sourcing Specialist and highly skilled in utilizing search engines, online tools, databases, industry associations and job boards to find qualified candidates.

Outside of recruiting, John enjoys cooking, hiking, and anything outdoors. He has also been involved in volunteer work with Boy Scouts of America, 4-H and Greater Cleveland Food Bank.
