Dave Emma joined DRI as Practice Leader across Technology for the Digital Health practice. Formerly with Livongo and Teladoc Health, he joins us with over twenty-five years of subject matter expertise and client success in Executive Search and Human Resource Management.​

Dave has built a diverse talent network, strong business partnerships and lasting relationships that consistently drives the placement of high-value performers into niche leadership positions.  ​

He’s passionate about the transformation of technology that’s advancing digital healthcare. Beyond Health Care Dave’s industry knowledge transcends a vast range of other categories including, emerging media technology, financial services, omni-channel retail and consumer products .​

Dave prides himself on exceeding client expectations by taking an upfront, honest and consultative approach on every search engagement.  Believing that no two client searches are the same he builds a unique search strategy customized to accelerate comprehensive candidate research that delivers consistent talent placement.​

Dave resides in the Chicagoland area with his wife Amy. They have three children, a recent college grad, a Junior in college and a Senior in High School. He’s an active member of his church and in their community, Lake Forest, IL.  He received his BA in Public Communications and Human Relations from Western Illinois University and is a proud veteran of the United States Navy.
