Nelly Nagirnyak joins Direct Recruiters as a Project Coordinator for the Material Handling, Packaging, and Processing team. Her focus is to create a positive experience for each client and candidate in order to create and maintain relationships through active listening and interpersonal communication.

Previous to her current position, Nelly worked in an office setting prior to this position processing real estate paperwork. This experience helped to prepare her to understand that attention to detail is extremely important, especially in the business of people. Nelly is a 2023 graduate of Franklin University, where she obtained her Bachelor of Science in Marketing.

Outside of her work for DRI, Nelly enjoys watching movies, hiking, travelling, and shopping.
