With 15 years of experience in senior-level executive search, Christian has worked with a diverse range of companies, from startups to Fortune 100 corporations, spanning the United States, Europe, Japan, and the Asia Pacific region. He is not just a recruiter, but a storyteller, and is a passionate advocate of Donald Miller's StoryBrand model, using it to uncover the unique narratives within each company, hiring scenario, and individual career. Christian crafts compelling messaging and executes a proven, systematic process that can be replicated across different functions and locations.
