Sam Novak joins Direct Recruiters as an Executive Recruiter for the Healthcare Technology sector. As Sam begins to develop long lasting relationships with people in the industry, Sam hopes to be a valuable resource for the DRI team. 

Previously, Sam worked at Simplicity Group as an Advisor Development Consultant where he was primarily focused on business growth and development for his clients through Marketing. While there, he was able to help his clients implement small changes that made a substantial impact in their business practices. He built long lasting relationships with his clients, and he’s excited to bring those skills to the recruiting industry. Sam has a bachelor’s in Arts & Sciences with a focus in Anthropology from Miami University (OH). 

Outside of work, Sam enjoys producing hip-hop beats/music for artists across the United States. When he isn’t at work, he is either spending time with his family and friends or making some form of music! Sam currently resides in Cleveland, where he has lived all his life.
