Kyle Dietz joins DRI as an Executive Recruiter for the Government, Energy, & Security team. As a relationship-focused firm, Kyle understands the importance of making and maintaining relationships with candidates, clients, and colleagues. He is committed to helping clients succeed in their hiring goals.

No stranger to recruiting, Kyle worked as a dual-role recruiter for the technology and pharmaceutical sales teams for Mix Talent. Before that, Kyle worked at IT Staffing company, Experis, where he learned the basics of recruiting. Kyle received his BA in Political Science from John Carroll University.

Originally from Columbus, Kyle is a proud Ohio Sports fan. He especially enjoys baseball and tries to attend as many Guardians games as he can. He truly loves all sports and once had the most viewed Vine account in the world dedicated to Curling (Google Great Curling Plays). When he attended John Carroll, he was a part of the Division III/NSCRO National Runner-up for the Green Gators Rugby team. He enjoys coaching and is always interested in bringing the game to younger generations when he can.
