Kayla Fleeter joins the Healthcare IT team as a Researcher. She collaborates with our Executive Search Recruiters to find the highest qualified candidates for each position that our clients require. She assists with recruitment and staffing services to fill positions through detailed research and analytics.

Kayla graduated from John Carroll University in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Before joining Direct Recruiters, Kayla worked in Health Insurance. She also has a background in Sales which aids her in her career here at Direct Recruiters, Inc.

When Kayla isn’t researching for the Healthcare IT team, she’s hitting the gym. Kayla also loves discovering and trying different vegan restaurants in Cleveland. In her downtime, Kayla enjoys spending time with friends, family, and her five cats: Jasper, Luna, Monster, Hazel, and Floof, as well as tending to her new hobby of her fish aquarium.
