Erin Gale joins Direct Recruiters as an Executive Recruiter for the Labels team. She is focused on finding the best talent and aligning them with top opportunities in the industry. She understands the importance of building relationships with candidates and clients.

No stranger to recruiting, Erin worked as an enrollment and recruitment specialist at Unity College. Before joining Direct Recruiters, Erin spent 8 years in collegiate athletics as a track and field/ cross country coach recruiting program-changing athletes. Erin received her B.S. in Health Services Administration from Ohio University in 2013 and her M. Ed in Athletic Administration from William Woods University in 2015.

Outside of her work, Erin enjoys running, watching sports, smoking meats, and growing vegetables. Erin grew up in Akron but now resides in Maine with her 2 dogs.
