Clarissa Boyer joins Direct Recruiters as an Executive Recruiter for the Labels Practice Area, led by Dan Miller. Extremely empathetic, Clarissa truly wants to help candidates find the perfect match with our clients. She believes that with so much time spent at work, having a job that feels purposeful and enjoyable is important to enriching one’s own life.

Before joining the team, Clarissa worked in customer service. Her most recent role in ecommerce helped to hone her skills in client communication, management, and relationship-building. Through her career, she discovered a true passion for people. Clarissa cares about making a difference, no matter how small, in someone else’s life to create a better tomorrow. Through recruiting, Clarissa doesn’t just help candidates find better jobs, she helps build careers. She is currently working towards receiving her B.S. in Human Resource Management from Franklin University.

Outside of her work for Direct Recruiters, Clarissa keeps busy shuttling her kids to and from activities! Her 11 year old daughter has cheered and tumbled for 4 years, and her 7 year old son has tried it all- from wrestling to baseball. When Clarissa has a moment to herself, she unwinds with a cup of coffee and podcast. Her family includes many furry friends including a King Charles-Bichon-Mix, 2 cats, and a teddy bear hamster. Clarissa and family hope to add another dog soon!
