His athletic accomplishments include two-time Big Ten Champion and two-time All American. In addition, he served 3 years as a Division 1, NCAA wrestling coach.

In addition, Barb volunteers her time and wordsmith abilities for various local charities and fundraisers. She is married and has one child.

RACHEL SIMONE MYEROFF

Rachel joined DRI as Director of Assessment Services. Rachel spearheads the program for administering validated pre-employment assessments to help companies gain knowledge and important information that go beyond a candidate's resume. Her goal is to evaluate as accurately possible a candidate's qualifications and fit for the job and thereby, help clients improve their ROI when hiring. She will be involved in all aspects of assessments offered including The Personnel Selection Inventory, Sales Professional Assessment Inventory, Pre-Hire Personality Profile, and background checks. Rachel earned her B.A. in Psychology from The Ohio State University and is currently working on her M.A. in industrial Psychology at Cleveland State University. She is a member of SHRM (Society for Human Resouce Management) and SIOP (Society of Industrial/Organizational Psychology). She brings a strong background in sales and human resources and previously worked for Eaton Corporation.
