What's it Like to Work at DRI?
When starting at DRI, you begin as a Researcher/Recruiter and then progress to a Business Development Manager and next to a Practice Leader. As a Practice Leader, you are responsible for managing yourself along with 2 other people to become a team and ultimately build a book of business. In time, a successful Practice Leader can move to the last step which is becoming a Managing Partner. We make every effort to make you successful.

We Have a "Women in Business" Group
We're sensitive to the challenges career women face in business. That's why we created a "Women in Business" Group for the DRI & DCA female professionals. They get together each month to discuss various timely topics.
We're Involved in our Community.
Every year we participate in the "Race for the Place" 5k in support of The Gathering Place. A 5K and 1 Mile is held annually on the first Sunday in June because it is National Cancer Survivors Day.
Another charity that we work with is the Leprechaun Foundation of Cleveland, which fills toy chests in Cleveland area hospitals for children who are in treatment for serious medical conditions. This year, our teams at DRI and DCA were able to fill 3 large boxes with a variety of toys, games, and crafts for ages 17 and under.
This summer we also participated in The 7th Annual Cleveland Kicks-It: a corporate kickball tournament to help raise money for children’s cancer research. On June 15, 2016, Northeast Ohio corporate teams competed for the coveted "Best Kickball Team in Cleveland" trophy and make a difference in the lives of children with cancer. Kick-It has one simple goal - to accelerate a cure for children with cancer.
