Direct Recruiters was recognized on the Forbes Best Professional Recruiting Firms List for 2023. In 2022, DRI was additionally recognized on the Forbes Best Executive Recruiting Firms list. These prestigious awards are presented by Forbes and Statista Inc., the world-leading statistics portal and industry ranking provider. The America’s Best Recruiting Firms and Best Executive Recruiting Firms rankings are based on independent surveys of peers and clients. Feedback from external recruiters, hiring managers at client companies, and job candidates were considered. Over 31,000 recruiters and 6,900 job candidates and hiring managers were invited to participate.

DRI is pleased to rank as #83 among the 110 fastest growing US staffing firms in 2018, presented by Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA). We were also named to the same list in 2017.
The list ranks firms by compound annual growth rate (CAGR) from 2013 through 2017, excluding acquisitions. The 2018 List of Fastest-Growing US Staffing Firms is sponsored by Advance Partners. To qualify for the list companies needed to have had at least $1 million in revenue in 2013 and at least 15% CAGR between 2013 and 2017. The median CAGR for the top ten companies this year was 97.8%, up from 83.5% last year. For the full list, it was 26.9%.
